How do I return an item purchased on Zorin.co.in?
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Dead on Arrival
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
Please Note :If you've purchased the product as a registered user, you can follow the steps below to initiate a return. If you're a guest user or a registered customer who cannot access ‘My Account’, then please fill this form.
STEP 1: Initiate a Return Request
Login to Your Account
Go to My Orders
Click on RETURN for item you wish to return
Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.
Step 2: Share Info for Pick Up
Our Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm date of pick up
Step 3: Pick Up
Handover the item you wish to return to our Zorin executive.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Zorin Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage/dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
On certain Products the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Zorin Easy Return Policy.
Zorin will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home.
All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do is initiate claim request through the ‘My Account’ Section or Call us on 1800-12121212-0.
